Booking
Book online through the booking page. Select your date, time and session length, pay securely at checkout, and you're confirmed. No need to call or email.
Sessions are booked in 30-minute slots. You can book multiple consecutive slots in one transaction to extend your session.
Standard bookings can be made up to 5 days in advance. Members get extended access and can book up to 7 days ahead — giving priority access to the most popular slots.
Yes. One person makes the booking and is responsible for the session. You can bring guests up to the maximum bay occupancy. All guests must comply with our terms and conditions.
Cancellations more than 72 hours before your session receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, you can amend your slot but no refund is given. No-shows are non-refundable.
Yes — use the corporate enquiry form and we'll put together a tailored package.
Access and arrival
You'll receive a unique PIN code by email and SMS after booking. Enter it at the door reader on arrival — the door unlocks automatically. No staff, no check-in, no waiting.
Your PIN is time-locked to your booked slot only. It activates a few minutes before your session starts and expires when it ends.
Contact us via the contact form and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to access issues within 30 minutes.
No — The Clubhouse is fully self-serve and unmanned. Everything is managed digitally. For any issues, use the contact form or call the number provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, the venue has accessible parking nearby. Details are included in your booking confirmation.
The simulators
Our bays are powered by Foresight — the same tour-grade technology used by professional golfers worldwide. Every shot is tracked with precision.
Foresight includes 30+ of the world's most famous courses. The full list is available on the Foresight website.
Yes, bring your own clubs. Balls are provided.
Absolutely. Foresight includes a full practice range, skills challenges, and data-driven practice modes alongside course play.
Yes. Your Foresight data is saved to your account automatically so you can track your improvement over time.
Membership
10 hours of simulator time per month, priority booking, a discounted rate of £8 per 30 minutes on additional sessions beyond your included hours, and your introductory price locked for 12 months.
Our introductory membership is £79/month, available until 16th November 2026. After that, standard membership is £90/month.
No — membership is month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel anytime.
Visit the membership page and register your interest. No payment is taken now — we'll contact you when the venue opens to confirm your membership.
No — membership is personal and non-transferable.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be purchased online in any denomination and redeemed against any booking or membership at checkout.
No — our gift cards have no expiry date.
Yes, gift cards can be applied to any purchase including membership.
Safety and conduct
Yes. The venue operates CCTV recording 24 hours a day for security. By entering the venue you consent to being recorded. Footage is retained for 30 days.
You are liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused during your session. This will be charged to the card used for booking. Please see our full terms and conditions.
You must be 16 or over to make a booking. Under-16s may use the venue when accompanied by a responsible adult who has made the booking.
