Acceptance of terms

By making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not make a booking or use the venue. You must be 16 years of age or over to make a booking.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are made online via our booking platform. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Sessions are booked in 30-minute increments, and you may book multiple concurrent slots to extend your session. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation and amendment policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the start of your booked slot will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booked slot are not eligible for a refund; however, you may amend your booking to another available slot. Failure to attend a booked slot (a “no-show”) is not eligible for a refund.

Access

Each booking is issued a unique, time-locked access code (PIN) that is valid only for the duration of your booked slot. Your access code is personal to your booking and must not be shared with anyone else. There are no staff on site — access to the venue is by PIN entry only.

You are responsible for any damage caused to the simulator equipment, screens, or the venue during your booked session. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the payment card used to make the booking. Wilful or malicious damage may be reported to the police.

Equipment and conduct

You may bring guests to your session. All guests must comply with these terms, and you are responsible for the conduct of your guests at all times. The maximum occupancy per bay is [TBC].

Membership terms

Membership is subject to fair use. The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where usage is considered unreasonable. For introductory rate members, membership pricing is locked for 12 months from the date of joining. Standard membership terms apply after the introductory period.

Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or consequential losses arising from use of the venue, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
